We love to do a lot of traveling, frequenting Traverse City, the U.P., Tennessee, or wherever we happen to be racing that weekend. During the off-season, you will probably find me at home working on various projects or somewhere with a coffee in my hand.

"As a military Veteran, Kate understands the importance of community and having a place to call home. After 15+ years on the road with her husband’s work and Kate’s military service, they decided to call Greenville home. They chose Greenville because of its smaller community feel, the trail systems, river, schools and amenities.
Kate loves being involved in real estate. Whether it is helping a buyer find the right home or a seller looking to make a change. She considers herself a bit of a matchmaker; helping connect others, showcasing what the local areas have to offer or finding the right home. Kate’s previous work experiences have helped her develop networking skills, strong listening skills and a desire to help others reach their goals.
When Kate is not working on real estate she enjoys spending time with her family and working with fellow military Veterans at the local American Legion and VFW. She also enjoys activities like biking, hiking, exploring new areas, and giving tours to visiting families."
I was born and raised in Greenville. Attended St. Charles Elementary and graduated from Greenville High School in 2023. I was heavily involved in DECA throughout high school. DECA is a business program through marketing classes for emerging business leaders. Within three years, I was a district champion each year, state finalist each year, state champion in the Start-Up Business Plan event, and international qualifier my last two years. Qualifiers traveled to Atlanta, GA and Orlando, FL for the conferences.
In my free time you’ll find me by the water in the sunshine. Whether it’s the pool or the beach, I enjoy the summertime. My boyfriend and I love to travel! Our favorite time to explore is the in the cooler seasons to get into some warm weather. I also like to stay active with my best companion Cooper, my three year old golden doodle. Most importantly, I love spending quality time with family and friends!
