I love to call Greenville home. I live here with my husband, new born baby, Charli & my dog – Rocket. In the summer, you can find me at the racetrack with my husband. We love to do a lot of traveling, frequenting Traverse City, the U.P., Tennessee, or wherever we happen to be racing that weekend. During the off-season, you will probably find me at home working on various projects or somewhere with a coffee in my hand.

"As a military Veteran, Kate understands the importance of community and having a place to call home. After 15+ years on the road with her husband’s work and Kate’s military service, they decided to call Greenville home. They chose Greenville because of its smaller community feel, the trail systems, river, schools and amenities.
Kate loves being involved in real estate. Whether it is helping a buyer find the right home or a seller looking to make a change. She considers herself a bit of a matchmaker; helping connect others, showcasing what the local areas have to offer or finding the right home. Kate’s previous work experiences have helped her develop networking skills, strong listening skills and a desire to help others reach their goals.
When Kate is not working on real estate she enjoys spending time with her family and working with fellow military Veterans at the local American Legion and VFW. She also enjoys activities like biking, hiking, exploring new areas, and giving tours to visiting families."
I was born and raised in Greenville and have always been proud to call this community home. After graduating from Greenville High School in 2023, where I was deeply involved in DECA, a business program for emerging leaders, I developed a strong foundation in marketing and entrepreneurship. My DECA journey included being a three-time district champion, state finalist, state champion in the Start-Up Business Plan event, and an international qualifier, where I traveled to Atlanta, GA, and Orlando, FL.
Today, I bring that same dedication and drive to my role at Flat River Associates. I am currently studying Business Marketing at Montcalm Community College. I also serve as an officer for MCC's Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society Chapter and am actively involved in Student Government.
Outside of work, I enjoy soaking up the sunshine by the water, whether at the pool or the beach. My boyfriend and I love to travel, especially to warmer destinations during cooler seasons. Staying active with my golden doodle, Cooper, keeps life fun and full of energy.
Most importantly, I cherish spending time with my family and friends, who are my greatest support system!
