Andrea is very patient, driven, knowledgeable, and best of all, laid back. She provided me with a long, constantly updated list of every house that fit my budget. Anytime I wanted to see a house she was responsive and quick to set a date and time for viewing that fit my schedule. Any question I had, she had the answer or was able to point me in the right direction, it was fantastic! Out of the 10+ houses we viewed she was prompt and prepared every single time.
In the end, I settled on purchasing land because the market was just too saturated with people in my price range. Andrea was quick to pivot; within minutes I was getting a list of land available that fit my budget. When I was ready to buy she walked me through the whole process from bidding to closing. She recommended loan officers at my request and I now own my dream property! I consider Andrea a friend and keep her updated on my plans for the future of my property. I cannot recommend Andrea enough. Most people I talk to say searching for a house is stressful. I can confidently say Andrea made the entire process simple and easy with zero stress!

Liz is there with all the information without being overly pushy. She will give her opinion if you ask. I really like that she was there every step of the way with all the information we asked for and then some. She did give her opinion when asked and helped guide us to make the best decisions for us. She does all her homework; research on the house to be sold, surrounding houses like it, where the market is, and then presents all that to the seller so the seller can be informed before putting the house on the market. She also knows how to market the house with great descriptions and professional pictures. I really never thought hiring a professional photographer would be worth it but it really is!!!
